Resumen
En este artículo se
exponen las experiencias de flânerie y de re-presentación de la
ciudad de Buenos Aires en la poesía de principios del siglo XX
de Alfonsina Storni y Jorge Luis Borges. Una premisa básica en este
estudio es el diálogo que se establece con la figura del flâneur
trabajada por Walter Benjamín cuya asociación a una mujer
permite discutir la flânerie
en sí misma. Por otra parte, el análisis de las
variaciones latinoamericanas de esa figura está íntimamente
ligado a los proyectos estético-literarios de ambos autores.

Abstract
This article talks about Alfonsina Storni and Jorge
Luis Borges’ flânerie experience and the representation of Buenos Aires in
their poetry at the beginning of the twentieth century. For this study,
the analysis and discussion of the flâneur, as
developed by Walter Benjamin, becomes an essential issue. On one hand,
linking this urban figure to a woman allows the discussion of flânerie
itself. On the other hand, the study of these Latin American variations
of flânerie
is closely related to the literary and aesthetics projects of both autors.
